The Conclusion: Skilfully Ending Presentations

The conclusion is relatively easy to structure, and yet it is the most exciting part of the presentation. Because it’s at the end that the presenter addresses listeners and formulates the core statement. We recommend the following structure:

  1. Summary of results
  2. Conclusion (what does this now mean for us?)
  3. Next steps (concrete measures to be taken now)
